Typical Florence dishes
At least 5 cm tall and served on the bone we are talking about his majesty the Florentine steak, you cannot visit Florence and not try this specialty!
But it is not the only typical dish of the city, "Trippa" and "Lampredotto" are part of the Florentine street food.
Typical dishes from Pistoia
Its cuisine is tasty and particular, with the most famous and typical dish being the Prisoner.
But we suggest you also taste the "Cioncia", the macaroni with duck sauce and then its sweets such as Berlingozzo, Confetto di Pistoia and Brigidini di Lamporecchio.


Typical Montecatini Terme dishes
For lovers of sweets we recommend the "Cialde di Montecatini Terme", the most famous are those produced by hand by the Bargilli family.

What to do in Tuscany
From the suggestive medieval village of Cozzile, surrounded by beautiful chestnut and acacia woods and of course olive groves, in a few kilometers you can reach places such as Montecatini Terme.
